/Processing Times/
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be reviewed and processed on the following business day.
We aim to fulfill orders same-day whenever possible, especially if received before the daily cutoff. While we cannot guarantee same-day fulfillment during peak times or high volume periods, we always prioritize timely processing.
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you'll receive an automated email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We use weight-based shipping rates to ensure fair and accurate pricing for every order. Your shipping cost will depend on the total weight of the items in your cart and your delivery location.

All shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout so you can review them before placing your order. All shipping rates also include Adult Signature Required Fee "ASR Fee". This is require to ship tobacco products in the United States.

/Shipping Restrictions/
Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to specific locations. We are committed to complying with all local and federal laws regarding product distribution.
We do not ship to the following states:
Arkansas, Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Utah, and Vermont.
Alternative products are available for customers in:
California, Massachusetts, and Washington D.C. — products available in these regions have been specifically formulated to comply with local laws and restrictions.
If a customer enters a shipping address located in a restricted state, they will receive a notification at checkout informing them that we are unable to ship to that location. In these cases, the order cannot be completed.
