Returns and Exchange

Our Philosophy

We want you to be satisfied by giving our product a fair try, but if for any reason you’re not happy with it, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to ensure you feel good about your experience with us.

/Standard Returns/

We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items that don’t meet our return criteria will not be accepted—and if returned, they’ll be sent back to the original shipping address.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

/Delivery Issue Policy/

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly encourage you to inspect your order carefully upon arrival, as it is your responsibility to notify us of any issues within this time frame. In certain cases, you may be asked to return the incorrect items to our facility.

Please note: Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for resolution under our policy.

To process your claim efficiently, a photo of the item(s) received along with the paper invoice is required. Please take photos of every side of the item(s) as well.

Please be aware that minor scratches, cosmetic imperfections, or discoloration resulting from normal handling or packaging are considered standard wear and tear and are not eligible for return or exchange.

/Additional Information/

Do not ship items back in standard paper or letter envelopes, as these provide insufficient protection and may lead to loss or damage during transit. All returns must be packaged in padded envelopes or boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Improper packaging may result in your return being refused.

Additionally, do not send your return to the address printed on the original shipping label. Instead, please contact us at info@slappleusa.com to request a return label and proper return instructions.

/Return Shipping & Refund Policy/

For standard returns—such as ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product—the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not offer direct replacements; approved claims for defective items will be issued as store credit.

Please note that shipping fees, package protection, and Adult Signature Service charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued either to the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card) or as store credit. Please note that we are not responsible for refunding to prepaid cards or canceled credit cards if the cardholder no longer has access to or possession of the original card.
